This entails assessing and diagnosing vehicle failures through careful inquiry and dispatching appropriate service to customers based on the nature of each breakdown. The OTR Coordinator will answer customer inquiries regarding the maintenance and operations of over 200,000 consumer, commercial, and full-service leasing vehicles nationwide in our state-of-the-art call center.  These positions will primarily be on the 2nd or 3rd shifts.
